January 2026 – PresentLead GIS and graphic design tasks (report layouts, visualizations, renderings, maps) for transportation and mobility planning, land use planning, and impact fees and mobility fees for small- and medium-sized cities across the state of Florida. Participate in stakeholder meetings and community engagement initiatives. Gather, manipulate, and analyze data to assist principal planners with the development of masterplans, mobility plans, comprehensive plan amendments, and impact and mobility fees.
Transportation Planner
March 2024 – January 2026Designed visually appealing and informative Mobility Plan documents for local jurisdictions across the state of Florida. Designed 2D and 3D renderings and visualizations for proposed multimodal improvements that enhance roadway safety and connectivity. Performed GIS analyses and designed maps that communicate plans effectively. Worked proactively and independently as part of a small team.
NUE Urban Concepts (NUC) is a boutique urban planning firm that specializes in creatively integrating mobility, land use, parking, and funding to reach a vision of livability. NUC works with both local governments and private developers throughout Florida to enhance mobility and land use practices by offering a broad range of planning services, including Visioning, Mobility Plans and Mobility Fees, Traffic Impact Analysis, Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Rezoning, Development Plan Approval, Land Development Regulation updates, Parking Studies, Impact Fees, Concurrency Evaluations, and Developer Agreements.

I assisted transportation planners and engineers using GIS, CAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign to produce reports, graphics, and presentations for corridor studies, small area plans, and multi-modal design projects that improve safety, operations, and quality of life.

City of Gainesville Dept. of Strategic Initiatives — Gainesville, FL

August 2019 – December 2019Assisted the Data and Performance Analyst with the maintenance of the city's Open Data Program. Presented and reported the program's progress at City Commission and Planning Board meetings. Collaborated with different city departments to gather, analyze, and publish new datasets.

Shared Mobility Intern
City of Oakland Dept. of Transportation — Oakland, CA
Analyzed the use of bikeshare, scootershare, and carshare in the City of Oakland using GIS and presented findings to community stakeholders using written and visual materials. Worked jointly with OakDOT and the Office of Sustainability to draft Oakland's first Zero Emission Vehicle Action Plan. Researched and analyzed existing policies and strategies for electric vehicle adoption in the SF Bay Area. Assisted senior planning staff with the drafting of a new scootershare ordinance and data sharing standard.

Researched and analyzed the adoption of a citywide bus stop shelter build-out program. Independently created a custom webGIS application to support the new Gainesville Business Portal. Designed a prototype wayfinding map for a bus stop shelter using Adobe Illustrator.

Planned and led 6 general body meetings, 1 field trip and 4 community service events per semester. Designed outreach material such as the organization's website, biweekly newsletters and 2 video promotions. Independently designed and published 2 pedestrian and bicycle wayfinding maps for the university's campus.

Attended the Climate Reality Leadership Corps Training with Vice President Al Gore in Miami, Florida. Learned about the basics of climate science and how to effectively communicate its problems and solutions.
Youth Outreach & Leadership Intern

Engaged with 150 college students and 50 professionals at the World Council of Peoples for the United Nations' 2015 Climate Change & Water Youth Forum at the University of Miami.
